Would recommend for a quick weekend visit
Spacious room, comfortable amenities, the room named "Marie Antoinette" featured a lovely balcony overlooking the inviting pool, and the breakfast offered a great selection that was fresh and well prepared.
Everything was perfect.

Very big bed in the suite, plus iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and a dining area. The beautiful location for the price, very close to the exquisitely appointed rooms. Also, in the centre of the courtyard.

A Nice Stay in Merida
Our family enjoyed four nights in a beautifully appointed room. The staff's warmth. We loved the delicious breakfast every morning and chatting with the friendly bartender while savoring our drinks. Be prepared for a bit of a walk to nearby attractions.

convenient access to parks and local attractions for city strolls
I loved how close this boutique hotel was to Santa Lucia Park and the charming streets leading to Plaza Grande. Plus, the warm and cute staff made my arrival a delight, and the spacious room allowed me to relax after a day of exploring. The only downside was that the shower water pressure could be better, but overall, it didn't take away from my fantastic stay.

The breakfast offered was superb with main dish and views of the courtyard, for example, couldn't have asked for more. The room I booked was luxurious and big with air con, extremely comfortable king sized bed and super nice patio. Location: the hotel was next to the main square, and downtown area walking distance.

A serene escape from reality
Waking up each day to the soothing sounds of nature was a refreshing change. The elegant decor transported me to another era, a dream come true.
The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, made for a less than ideal start some mornings. A bit more attention to maintenance would go a long way.

The ambiance is peaceful, with beautiful decor and a charming little pool to unwind by. My room, the superior king room marie antoinette, was spacious and comfortable this visit even better than my previous trip to merida.

What a culinary paradise! The breakfast was delish, with fresh bread that had me coming back for more. Plus, the staff was super friendly, especially Laura and Andrea! Everything from the cozy vibe to the overall aesthetic was just gorgeous.
A bit of a trek to the fun spots, and it can feel long under the Merida sun. The bar doesn't open until 11 AM, a bummer for a midday refreshment. Lastly, be mindful about the credit card surcharge at checkout-kinda sneaky!

charming decor but minor cleanliness issue
The decor throughout the hotel is really good, showcasing a unique blend of elegance that transports you to another era. The staff are genuinely warm. Breakfast was more than just a meal. It was a good experience with a variety of tasty options that exceeded my expectations. The garden view from my room added a tranquil touch to my stay.
I found that some areas, particularly in the bathroom, could benefit from improved cleaning standards.
